Social Swinging are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts ("Content"). Content submitted express the views of their author only.
General ToS
You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws.

Content Submitted
All Content you submit or upload may be reviewed by staff members.
We reserve the rights to remove or modify any Content submitted for any reason without explanation.

Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account with the Service at any time.

Your Media
Members are responsible for uploading their media. For more information as to what is acceptable please refer to the following link.
Image Rules

Once the image has been uploaded the site owns the "Content" although copyright remains with the copyright holder.
Members are not allowed to copy any media from the site for any use without the express agreement of the site and/or copyright holder.
The site takes security seriously and any member found to be copying data will be banned immediately and further action may be taken by both the site and copyright holder.

How we moderate the forums, profiles and the gallery
The last thing we really want, is for the site to be over-moderated.
So we only remove threads where absolutely necessary.
Same with profile posts, we will only remove if we believe it to be in the interest of the site and community.
Media and anything in the gallery will only be removed if it breaches the site's rules.
When threads are closed or posts are removed the admins/mods will add a post explaining why.

NOTE;
We rarely remove threads based on members' or OP's request.

I.E a member has written a thread and it hasn't turned out how they wanted and asks to be removed, this will be rejected unless there is a very specific reason to do so.

Threads we remove
Threads containing racism, threats, violence or anything like that will be removed and the posters banned or given timeouts.

We also don't want discussions of serious illegal subjects. Hopefully we don't need to explain why.

Abuse towards staff

Any form of abuse towards staff for any reason, such as a disagreement on a post removal or staffing matter, will not be tolerated.
We're not here as personal punchbags if you disagree with anything or anyone on the site.
However, if you do feel that a member of staff has been heavy handed then please contact an admin with full details of what happened and where you think the member of staff has acted inappropriately.


Reservations
We reserve the right to change the terms of use and site rules at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a user account without notice or explanation.

Our decision on any matter set out in our site terms and rules as well as with the overall terms and conditions shall be final.
