It seems to be popular on fetish sites. Not something I'm into. My ex sub I could hive him a good fisting and use 18 inch dildos on him, but luckily he never prolapsed.
I don't get the whole prolapse stuff, or going as far as to become incontinent. As someone who suffered Cauda Equina syndrome, I wouldn't wish the loss of your bowels to anyone, it's degrading and highly embarrassing.

no idea, I've seen some pretty gruesome ones, I don't understand the whole "licking the rose", but each to their own :sick:

The whole idea of this makes me gip, I think it is a result of more people following a RACK (risk aware consensual kink) style type of thinking rather SSC (safe sane and consensual), this may be one or the grosser examples but some of the things you come across is truly shocking and quite clearly physically, mentally, or financially dangerous.

Not a big fan of the act of bumholio. Especially as there's far more interesting places to explore an inch further up the motorway. Prolapse, rosebud whatever that's about = nappies later in life and nobody likes a log in their sock!!
