I have sensitive skin, so coconut oil, gently massaged in, definitely helps.

Other tips? Depends...
Always treat those as you yourself expect to be treated.
Never confuse Deep Heat/Ralgex with lube..

Make sure you're not too greedy and share as much as you can... xx
