So, as previously said, both come out of marriages with very mediocre sex lives. We’re very happy, experimental and really enjoying ourselves. We talk a lot about everything including our fantasies and we’re really honest.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this. It's what most people do on their first club visit - or, at least, intend to do. It's easy to get caught up in the horniness

2. Lass just wants to play with girls as a couple and not guys, yet. That may change it may not. Is that ok?

That's perfectly fine, although, a word of caution, swinging slang for a single, bisexual girl is a 'unicorn' - because they are so hard to find.

3. Would our first experience be better with someone who swings other than an escort? If so, is it rude to discuss what we’d like and our fantasy with them?

This is down to personal preference, I suppose, but swingers don't tend to use escorts as there would be no personal connection, no chance of a friendship developing.

I think @meandlis answered all questions, would like to add that there are quite a few couples in similar situation r.e. bi female wanting girl play. So those unicorns become even harder to find and even greater treasure when you do meet one. We have known a few in the last 20 years and consider ourselves extremely privileged.
I am sure play time could be arranged between 2 couples with only own partner play but allowing two females to do what they do best lol.
Also agreed that escort (for us) wouldn't fill the requirements for friendship/enjoyment/adventure.
