I have seen the one cup vid and I can say that it isn't actual shit. More likely some chocolate mousse of some kind that was pumped in just before they did the video. I believe it is supposed to be a cure for several types of venom.
I think the man o war leaves a painful bite and pee is supposed to stop the pain.

Nope. But there those that do enjoy it, as others have said.
