I like fitness alot and I am a very active person, my main interest is bodybuilding and I train 3 times a week. I also do ashtanga yoga and I like to walk alot as well. I aim to walk about 10000 steps aday :)
Used to do a lot of training and be very fit. Then had some serious injuries, smashed my knee up badly also.. so now, not anywhere near as much as I used to do..

So what is your training regime ? ? ..... Do you suggest scrapping the lunges for 50 pelvis thrusts ?? ?? ..... Or a G & T ?? ?
G&T. Easier, less sweat and less effort. Aside from munching the ice cubes. I mean, who doesn't like munching on an ice cube? ?

I have to say, the older you get the harder it becomes to maintain fitness, so you really have to drive yourself to do it.
It’s pointless getting between the sheets, only to totally disappoint your partner because you can’t keep it up.
So for me, it’s working out little and often.
Or try viagra !! Guaranteed boner for 3 hours or alternatively chew ice cubes !! ??

I’m not one for gym type exercising, I work in construction so it’s a physical job , according to my phone I average upwards of 7000 steps a day , which at my age don’t think is to sad .........
