Are Delay Sprays Effective And Safe?

I'm dealing with premature ejaculation and I'm thinking of using a type of product called delay spray. I've looked into different ones out there like Promescent and Steady Freddy (yeah, weird name). They're supposed to desensitize your penis so you can last longer. Do these products generally work with helping men last longer during sex? Are these products safe to be using regularly?

Many many years ago i used one called stud it contained lidocaine which really did numb your bell end the only downside of it was my late wife didnt like the taste . So my advice would be look for one containing lidocaine
