Okay - we all know most blokes really dislike using condoms, but do women also dislike them?
Can you really tell if a bloke is using one?
If so how much of a difference does it make to your pleasure?

Interesting question, will be good to see the responses after such a heated (ongoing) debate about bareback....
(y) ;)
Thanks, saw the bareback one, but didn't think i could add anything, apart from there are a couple of very lucky ladies out there.

The bare back question, I don't like them and they do make a difference but I would rather use a condom to be safe rather than be sorry :love:xxx
No I would NEVER go without one in a play situation - absolutely insane to do so unless you are completely sure about your partner.

Obviously as a man - we DO feel the difference. It hampers the experience and feelings, let's be honest about it.
Honest but not crude, it does take away some of the stimulation and sensation. hence why condoms are getting thinner and thinner yet stronger - they're trying to find the magic spot between strength/durability and hampering sensation.

Main question here is, yes it affects us men, but what about women.? Can you feel it, does it make ANY difference?
Most likely? x

I have never had the experience of a male condom but have tried the female version and trust me you may aswell not have fun, I wouldnt bother now and found the whole experience a big let down xx

Right.... so... this is a joint response, based on discussions between Lady L & myself. When we first met, we did Safe(r) Sex and used Condoms all the time. We both got tested several times, every 3 months and were all Clear. So.... we went Bareback.... Oo-er...! Just with each other. In a play situation, we would be Safe - no question.

The $64k question - yes, Lady L assures me she feels more and it does make a difference, to her.

I from I&L xx

It does make a difference and I agree with her as you do feel more without them, Mr A and I had our stint of having to use them and it blew most of the passion out of the window, you are in the heat of the moment and you have to stop and get one....I prefer without and as a couple have no need to use them now between us but safe sex with anyone else would be a must xxx

I think the 'passion' problem can be dealt with - it needs to become 'part of the act' as it were. Just needs a bit of planning.
Yes but if you are in a situation like cooking and something happens then you have to stop and run and grab one hehe but get what you mean with the planning, Im glad those days are over for us now and we can just be free xxx

Cooking.....!!! Ah, Lady L would not allow such things........ o_O She takes her cooking far too seriously, for that.....(y)
Where is the fun in that and nothing like a heated moment in front of a hot Aga....Yummy and am sure Lady L would love it xxx

I have heard this a lot about the female condom, but I have come across one female swinger who loves them - she reckoned it took all the worry away in group situations that the male entering her had a condom on or not...It wasn't someone I played with - her comments came from a question about female condoms on another site.

Well Pearls, it just depends....providing there is no one else around the house....we just used to have a supply handy around places in every room in the house.....just in case...and well out of the reach of the little ones....so spontaneity wasn't that much of an issue....

oh and if you are having fun whilst cooking mind you don't get carried away in the passion and burn your bum on the cooker! (yep i've done that!)

Sorry to comment on old discussions, just thought I'd add my two cents.

I can definitely tell when a guy is wearing a condom, though perhaps not immediately. It does make a difference to me as well, normally the spermicide in condoms make me a little sore after sex.

That said, I would rather be a little sore after good, safe sex, than having risked it for bareback.

With regret it is true..
I find that lube before and after helps.
Cystitis is also a problem with the spermicide dripping down while having anal...
Or so I have read..
Like I would actually know
Bibavirgin
yep always use some lube before....but never been asked or thought of applying after, unless for a different reason!

Cystitis is caused by the presence of the tiniest trace of bacteria anywhere near the vagina, so it wouldn't surprise me!

@LadyLily Need to be safe and deffo not worth the risk of BB, I think many condoms now are supplied without Spermicidal lube have a look next time you are getting some....I normally use some extra lube too....
