I read an artical as a young man which (sadly now has a different sound to it after the books n film) was titled Which shade of gray are you? Point was there us no straight, gay, lesbian border. We are all somewhere on a gray scale, very straight one end totally gay/lesbian At the other. This can even be a problem where men or women are repulsed even at the sight of the opposite sex or same sex as themselves. I know I'm straight but being close to an erect cock isn't unpleasant for me, I'm just not interested in doing anything with it myself. Women are less adversarial than men so tend to be closer and more friendly, men do not for instance hold hands with a friend... where you are as far as sexual appeal and interest is a matter if who you are. You might as a woman be turned on looking at girls but that's as far as it goes, or like to kiss one if the mood is right... or sex is one or the other, don't mind and love girls but a cock once in a while.... each to their own.

Okay old bump.. probably gone off for the weekend but;
@Baldricknkaz do you bounce off each other in RL as you do here? ;)

Depends on the mood. Balders knows when to push his luck and when not to. I don't come here if I'm feeling down cos I like to be left alone then. Balders is the sarcy one but yes I suppose we do bounce of one another. He really can make me smile though with his clowning around. He brings it out in me. Infact he tells me I get more like him everyday.

Thank you for answering and bringing it back on track.
I would say from our perspective that what you say certainly rings true on here. Omm getting like each other is a scary thing, no? But it's love for you.
It's great to always see you bounce around on here and you can clearly see the 'bounciness' between you both. It's very clear, at least from our angle.
Thank you both - as I said, it rings true from us on here, what you say. :love:

So @Baldricknkaz is there anyone here that you'd like to ask an honest question to? x

Since Balders is like a young Victor Meldrew it's very scary to think I'm becoming like him.
I asked him why the kids don't argue with him. He says it's cos he doesn't negotiate with terrorists pmsl. He just says your grounded and that's it. I've started copying him lol.

We have two questions.

For @cinnamon_giggles and @EyesOpening what do you two do for a living. It seems to involve dressing up :confused:?

@Lips_Pearls how has running your own website changed your lives?

Okay good question, well I (Mr) have worked online for a very long time. I did BETA for Facebook (UK) long before any of our friends even knew what it was.
Was on another site prior to building our own, for quite some years.
I have built many business sites, and done some other things - still do.
What this site has done though, is strengthen our already strong bond and it's both brought us together and driven us apart. Not apart in a complicated relationship status way, but shown we agree and disagree with some things.
It's been a huge, massive, personal sacrifice. More than anyone on this site knows. Only @Pearls and I know the sacrifices we've given for the site.
This is partly to blame for why we're so driven. Not only because we believe in what we're doing, but because of what we've given to it.
Swinging, is not some seedy little pastime that is made out and conceived to be. Far from it, we're doing all we can to educate and change people's perceptions of this.
That comes at a heavy price and very, very few actually understand what it takes to do so.
As far as 'evolution' and progression is concerned, it's taught me many things about people that I may not necessarily have known without the site and it's shown me a very nasty side to humanity also. I don't mean Syrian refugee crisis; I mean sexual perversions, I mean revenge porn, falseness, darkness, the worst in people...
But it has also brought out the best too. When we know that we've shown 1 in 10, what this is about and what it actually means, then we're happy.
Is it emotionally, physically and mentally draining? yes. 100%.
Would we do it again? 100% yes.
Because for each negative thing out there in this lifestyle, there are two positives here.
That's enough to make us know we're doing the right things, for the right people, in all of this. :)
Hope that gives some insight and answers your question.

Yes thank you.
Ok ok we're being nosey but did you both have 9-5 jobs before building SS?
You are both online a lot in various forms. That's quite the commitment and very time consuming. Does it interfere with RL or vice versa?

Our pleasure.. :)
Yes we did. Still do, kind of.. @Pearls was a manager in a wedding planning business - very high pressured and a lot of hours. I have a few trades myself too.
But I still have jobs to do as we work for ourselves, so have other sites to build run and manage. I work online as well as everything else. We both then work together on some projects.
If I'm designing something for example, it's Mrs to gets to preview the work and we chew the fat over it until I'm happy.

It is very time consuming and extremely demanding. It does interfere with RL, but we manage it as best we can. We have a family which can be difficult but we still do things as a family.. it just means one of us (usually me) is on the phone/iPad when out.. So it's a case of "Daddy get off the phone will you" ;) :D

So I will for now revert back to you;
Do you have other shared interests? If so, what and who enjoys it the most?
x

Ooh another quick one;
@Therapon - @Miss-Sexy-Legs is it on the cards for you two? Does @Pearls need a new hat? :D

@meandlis how long does it take to prepare the weekly quiz? (y)

BNK
X
Each individual quiz starts as a small nut, which is lovingly cultivated by elves until it grows into a small, woody erection. It is then sent, by speedboat, to a laboratory in Azerbaijan where it is carefully crafted into what we call 'proto-slime'. From there, it is taken - under armed guard - to an underground bunker, somewhere in the Black Mountains and fired, then hammered, re-fired and forged into three separate rounds. After this, a Peruvian princess chants ancient spells over it and the fluffy bits are knocked off with an egg whisk. The bonus question is fixed on, using a heavy-duty Play Doh plait and - finally - the whole thing is coated with a thin layer of unhinged desperation. The quiz is brought to SSHQ on the back of a ceremonial ferret and thrown casually on the Golden Telephone Table until it tastes slightly of Turkish delight.

Well, you would have been disappointed if I'd just said about 2 hours per quiz, wouldn't you? :D

I would say that it's more 'acceptable' for women to be bi than men but either way there can be a large amount of shite thrown at you for 'not being able to make up your mind'.

I liken it to walking down the middle of the road and dodging traffic from both directions.
Well I think from a early age Girls have a touchy relationship which can be really close so it is a Girl thing Guys are not quite so touchy at an early age its all boy things. (I think ??)

To be honest we probably don't share that many interests. Kaz likes trashy reality tv, I don't watch much tv but prefer nerdy stuff, sci-fi, superheroes. Kaz will watch my programs cos she quite likes them, I refuse to watch love island, only way is Essex and such nonesense.

When the kids go to bed Kaz spends her time knitting, crocheting and on the IPad. I'm usually in my man cave on the Xbox. That has changed recently as we can be found on SS however Baldrick uses it more.

We used to do a lot of walking together which we really enjoy but kaz suffers from arthritis in her ankles (I know she's only 33) and so hill walking is out of the question now. We both enjoy going out to new places and seeing new things still. Kaz's Favourite places are Cleethorpes and Whitby, I'll happily plod along.

We find it very difficult to have time to ourselves these days. So our big secret is, we like to go Geocaching together. It's sad we know but we both really enjoy it.

Kaz started work waiting tables, and bar work. She started her career properly in an elderly care home and rose to be a joint manager. Being diagnosed with bi-polar effective destroyed her career rather than support being offered to her. Now she's a stay at home Mum and does a bit of repping for Anne Summers.

Balderick started his career as an installation electrician and gave it up after six years cos he hated it. He did some agency work and started working for a Gamestation in a Blockbuster store. He became an assistant manager before they shut all the branches.
He then started working as a driver for a welding distributor. He worked through the ranks, warehouse mananger, internal sales manager and five years ago dusted off his toolbox and is currently engineering manager and supports a family of 7.

I think we may have digressed a little. Soz about that :confused:.
