Your willing to lick/suck and (with some people) fuck without protection... but won’t kiss???

I agree, but we are all different and we all have our own personal boundarys, some people save anal for their partner only, others are happy to treat anal as just another thing to share. Personally I'm happy with whatever others are happy with, if we were all the same and all that!

You’d be surprised at how many people don’t and won’t engage with kissing as it’s too emotionally intimate. Or they wish to keep it for themselves only. Etc etc. You’d be surprised I think by how many people do align with that.

It’s certainly not uncommon in my experience for couples to keep something for just their other half and them. Sometimes it’s a specific sexual position, sometimes it’s a specific type of sex (I know one couple who only have rough sex at clubs, and tender, slow, sex at home…).

And sometimes it’s kissing.
