Being Welsh, I do love the sound of our accents.. I don't particularly like the sound of the proper townies mush accents, but the softer spoken Welsh accent is beautiful..
Second to that Scottish or Irish.. Southern Ireland

Southern Irish or West Country, some Scottish accents as well. Having said that I think a lot also depends on the person's voice/tone.
