Things were a lot different in the Victorian Era.
Think about butchers, lamp lighters, machine mill workers, coal miners, bakers.
Things were very different as the technology of course was not there.

So think about how a member speaks on here, think about their personality and then think what you think they’d suit back in the Victorian Era.
Tag them here, with what you think they’d do and most of all; why.
;) x

As an example; we both feel that @SuperKing1981 and @Therapon would make spiffing bankers. Black suits, top hats, quills, cheque books, and that stiff upper lip with a pocket watch and monocle :D

Good Eve Mr and Mrs @Lips_Pearls I trust you are both in excellent health and enjoying your leisure time. I found the above pre-amble interesting but I would also like to bring to your attention the fact that I am still awaiting the gains from our previous wager, namely one large whisky.

I may be being a little picky but 100 years ago was 1918 ? And we had a King ... George the Fifth so wouldn’t it make the era Georgian ? I maybe wrong ...:tiphat:

I am a simple uneducated Cartwright and not a well educated Banker like you .... :D

This is of course correct sir. Whilst we are in converse may I remind sir that the bank is still awaiting your repayment which I trust will be forthcoming no later than this next Tuesday.
