I love the programme and if I had the resources then I would quite happily build a house off grid in a forest with my own veg patch, a goat and some chickens. Bliss ?

If you had a choice would you build something unique or convert an old aircraft into a home, maybe redesign a church or build a hobbit house out of a mountain. Over to you.

I always wanted a shipping container cabin.A couple did it in one of the older series,and had a full wall of windows.It looked amazing.They had all underfloor heating and a rainfall shower room x

Given the opportunity obviously would be a bit of a bus man’s holiday but living in Kent an old Oast House or Barn .... or something completely impractical and possible the biggest money pit in the world one of the old WW2 sea forts ... found around the coast .... probably have to be certifiable taking on one of those ....
