Many FFM, never MMF. With that in mind, of all of @Tiger images I/We are at 0. Many of the others have been tried with varying success. Not even gonna attempt the Team GB style.

Spit-roast is definitely missing from the MMF pic and I would have thought that the most used position. Anyway we've done all of those although number 7 would be DVP.
