Its not right but hell sack them or some such like but its nothing massive. Hell if your shagging outside its a risk you must have thought about and decided it was worth it.

Heard this on the radio yesterday, hope they 'throw the book' at them, helicopters are expensive and should be used by the police to protect the public and catch crooks, not to allow voyeurism.

What you do in your garden is your business, we sunbathe nude and were both doing that yesterday. If it can't be seen from outside then why not sex? The last thing you expect is to be filmed for the enjoyment of the local police canteen.

It was reported that one of the heli crew was a swinging copper and the couple shagging where also swingers who where part of the same group. They also knew they where being filmed waving to the helicopter as it filmed them, it still doesn't make what they did right, if swingers want to film themselves from the air they should buy a feckin drone.

As for the other offences they're charged with prosecute them to the full extent of the law.
