John and Mary go to the doctor.

Doctor

How can I help you this morning?

John

Lately we have been noticing that sex is not as much fun as it used to be.

Doctor

How old are you John?

And you Mary, how old are you now?

82

So when did you start noticing the problem?

John

Twice last night and then again this morning!

Since the last incident, John has become ill, so Mary goes to the doctor to talk about John's condition.

How is he? Mary asks.

The doctor replies that John is incontinent!

How could he? Mary replies. We've been married 60 years, and this is the first time he has gone on holiday without me!
