Full of artificial rubbish..
Any company can call something slimming or diet.. Does not mean it is..
You really should research it..
As an example artificial sweeteners cause cravings.. So people who drink diet drinks drink more than those who drink full fat...

Www.hellofresh.co.okI know I know. I tell Kaz the same thing all the time. Low in fat, high in sugars and sweeteners, I always read the ingredients..... But I haven't had warm food in five days and it's got to be better for me than a zinger tower meal (the rest of the family went to KFC).
I fear I may have to learn some culinary skills. I can bake but not good at cooking.
