Distractions can happen frequently during a gangbang... sometimes frustrating but more often hilarious (depending on whether you're involved or waiting / watching!)

To expand on this, group sex generally or sex in an open (not necessarily outdoor) space with several people involved can be massively distracting, depending on your frame of mind. I include people watching in this. Nothing wrong if it's all consensual watching (I often do this) but it can sometimes be distracting for the people involved.
