Do You Use 'recent Activity' & Your Newsfeed?

Hi all,
I'm thinking about some things and one of the questions I've found asking myself, is how many of you know about and use the 'recent activity' & your newsfeed?

Recent activity shows all activity on the site.
Your newsfeed is a newsfeed tailored for you specifically.

They deliver content from all or people you follow such as meets, status updates, posts, likes, image posts and on and on.

The more feedback I can get on this, the better please.

Very rarely use my news feed, but Recent Activity I use quite a bit.

I've just had a quick scan through my newsfeed... It's looks great, apart from it mainly being full of people talking about jaffa cakes

Yes this would be true atm!
