Bread.... I avoid as much as possible..Sometimes, just simple poached eggs on good, cut, fresh toasted bread with bacon. Oh and tea. Don't forget the tea. With honey.

Poached egg with tomatoes is my favourite too.. But gotta have avocado. And chilliPoached eggs salt and pepper.. with tomatoes.
