it occurred to me that many of you run your own businesses so if you have any spreadsheets that may be useful to you and you would like creating let me know.
I can pretty much automate any of the boring stuff you get fed up of inputting, such as expenses, mileage, data analysis, invoices, quiz results lol and the like.
I have created many small, medium and huge spreadsheets in my working life so if you can think it I can probably do it !

I think you and Lew have much in common with computer and software frustrations...... poor Lew at times it's a bit like watching Basil Fawlty do IT....Doubt it very much !!! It all comes flooding a back even if you try to forget it

But I've been known to to threaten to send laptop fir flying lessons .. I would hater it with a tree branch just like faulty .. I stick with Lew lol

Standardised tables but run through encryption and PHP/MYSQl. Quite technical if I'm honest....What format is the source data in ?

It has to be imported into a massive scaled DB with extended custom metadata fields.Then did the same when I moved to KP/Mcviies, so the size doesn't scare me, it's all about what you want it to look like when it's done
Fantastic work! Bravo..If I can get it into Excel then yes, my two biggest projects were analysing every single product by customer that Walkers crisps sold and making the data user friendly, ie a page where you selected a product and a customer and it brought back sales by week in volume and Sterling and graphed it etc.

Not strictly excel, but I have a massive db that needs playing with (oh do behave) to import into a custom site with custom fields.

Nah you're not being told @MickeyBlueBalls genuinely now my friend. But @Stew is right. As much as a good suggestion Vlookup is, it won't really help in so much as exporting tables then reassigning the data within those tables, into a new system.Not in the slightest mate just trying to say that Vlookup etc won't work on stuff like metadata etc certainly meant no offence just read how complex the scenario is on Admins posts

I'll be honest, this is a monster job and I either need to write/find some sort of import script to do it, or graft and manually extract each set of metadata and then import it into each table one by one.
Not an easy job..
Anyway I genuinely don't think it was meant to be offensive..
