I don't believe in fate, but at times I have developed feelings of "it's fate or it's meant to be" and it's always turned out badly.
Fate, destiny? It's a tricky question. I like to feel I'm in control of my own life, but am I really? I believe that true reality is without time where all events, past and future are simultaneous. We simply view things in a linear fashion because our brains are limited. I'll tell ya tho, all the interesting events that led up to me meeting my g/f sure seem like destiny. Every little thing seems to have happened just right for us meet. It's been 15 years of bliss now.
Fate, karma, serendipity!! All play a part, we wander through life hitting Y junctions and X roads, no matter which choice we make we can’t know the path not taken !
