One of my treats today.. A Welsh breakfast. Cooked it myself of course but I don't mind that whatsoever.
Delicious and even the kids gave the laverbread and cockles a go;

That's laverbread / seaweed.
All of the cockles and laverbread are cooked in the sausage and bacon fat. Utterly mouth watering. When the laverbread is cooked, it has a consistency of porridge. Very strong flavour, full of goodness. But not for the faint hearted. x
