Help with profile pic.

Im trying to post a profile pic. I found the " you haven't posted a pic" link, but it wont load any pic i choose on my phone. Every FAQ page i click on says i dont have privileges to view it.
What am i doing wrong?

Good morning. You’re unable to view any FAQ’s? I’ll have to have a look at that in a bit and get back to you. It could be the image filters. I’ll let you know.
Regards to your avatar, it has to be a specific dimension or it won’t work.

So it's me then?
Let see if it denies me access again and i will post the link to the page it happened on.

As for the photo size, i saw the "at least" size requirement, is there a maximum limit?

Yes there’s a maximum. Try and go for a square ratio or reduce the file size. ??
