For me a good erotic photo is what gets me going, one where a little time and effort being put in to it but not something much it seem staged and cold, or photos that are spontaneous and filled with passion.

I'll also add that however prefect the foreground is and untidy background is a major for me, it doesn't seem to be much for a problem here but some people really need to tidy up their bedroom and bleach their bathroom tiles.
