So i have a question, how much can they lie to you on an advert? Can they lie about the ward the house falls under? the size of the rooms/property? the condition?
been looking to buy and noticed an obvious one, which i first thought it was because of an accident getting a **** street instead of *** Terrace because they marked the street on the map while as the address was a terrace . but when i was looking at the statistics of the area i noticed they did it so they could use the ward of the street since its a more expensive ward. i mean when i called for a viewing and asked i was told its definitely the more expensive ward because of the postcode was NE* ... i know for sure that's not how it works since NE2 contains sandyford, jesmons,Shieldfield .... i mean all that doesnt matter much since i liked the look of the house BUT its got me wondering whats the limit to how much they can lie?
