We're in this for a bit of unapologetic hedonism, and of course we're dirty perverts and proud of it. So the question is how many days after a swing does it take for you to get your head in a (relatively!) Normal place, ie so that the flash backs aren't too distracting. For me it's about ,,,, 10 days
