Social media has it's place for advertising. Whether it's for yourself, the site, clubs etc. But what's your views on platforms that are essentially designed for a younger age group, or people with lack of understanding of the lifestyle?

I love tiktok! I can spend hours watching dogs getting rehomed to their forever families,and people getting knocked out by doors.I've managed to make my way over to swingerstok (they are calling it that) and i've noticed a number of accounts for different swingers clubs and members of said clubs.Needless to say some don't leave much to the imagination. Others are dropping themselves right in it, going by certain policies which seem to be on a need to know basis. But i'm no snitch, so each to their own ?
Do they belong on those platforms?
I'm all for welcoming people to the lifestyle, but are we now inviting "fake" shaggers into our safe places of fun? And glamourising a lifestyle that isn't really intended for mass public?

I’m not on any platform personally so I don’t see much but if that’s the way it is now then surely there shouldn’t be so much secrecy anymore, it is what it is now and no going back to the underground scene that was favoured by most. Shoving videos up of mass orgies in a hot tub? Not for me but if that floats your boat then who am I to criticise ??

Educational purposes I can understand. People judge this lifestyle without knowing what it involves, so giving an insight into it, so that it's not seen as shady and immoral is beneficial.
But promoting to every Tom dick and Harry that everyone is welcome, and breaking rules, that most of us respect is another thing. Phones aren't allowed during the parties. There is no chance all these people know their faces are on tiktok x

"is all publicity good publicity?" IMHO no not really. That site we don't mention is a good example of what happens when the masses get to know. It has appeared in main stream media on numerous occasions resulting in a huge influx of wanna be's, gawpers and trolls, but hey they dont care as usually it boosts their bottom line.

As someone who has spent years trying to get in ,so maybe im not qualified to answer but i will anyway because that is the kind of guy I am, you cant let everybody in.
If you do, it will look like an orgy in a porn movie, fake.
mass media exposure is like leaving the door to your house open with food and alcohol on the table ,in case anybody passing by is hungry.
You will make some new friends who will be appreciate your generosity, but you will also get a lot more people who will steal everything in your house, post a video online of what they found in the drawer by your bed , and pee in the corner.
In the US, at least, when it is a welcome all account online with lots of great videos,it is spam.
Because normal, sane people do not tell the world they fucked their husband, husband's friend, husband's friend's wife and 10 strangers they picked up at the bar, last night.

I’m all for them though can’t say I’ve used them, if they keep the Instas, fakes, frauds, dick-wavers, scammers and ne’er do wells away from the decent sites that’s a good thing IMHO

I'm not sure regular is the right word,but definitely those who don't think it's as fun to go into dark rooms and fuck strangers on a saturday night ?. Or encourage the idea of non monogamy. It's just not the right audience I feel x
