How's poached eggs with shredded smoked salmon and cream cheese with a light sprinkling fresh chopped parsley sound? Accompanied by a glass of fresh orange juice and prosecco with tons of ice and a newspaper of your choosing to read?
I lived overseas for a while in sunnier climate and that was practically my weekly Sunday breakfast. It was great to dine outside a couple of hours after sunrise when the air is still fresh but with the mellow warmth of the sun on the back. Great times.Blimey!
