This event is growing closer so any questions or information required then feel free to discuss it here.
Here are the details again.
Ok folks, here we go.
The original post mentions a social event only, this has now changed due to venue and cost.
I will list local hotels at the bottom of this, there will be a 15 minute drive from these hotels but not to panic, we will be laying on a shuttle run for all to the destination.
There will be food laid on and a drink on arrival, we will also have a gin bar. You will have to bring your own alcohol for the evening but there are local shops available.
There will be two large play areas, hopefully one with a BDSM feel.
We will also have a raffle.
There will also be a communal area where we can all get together and have a dance.
As it is Halloween then this will be the theme, feel free to wear anything you wish or as bare as you want.
This social will be starting at seven until late.
Ok so here is the technical bit.
There will be NO drugs, anyone found to have drugs or using will be out, we will have security checking.
You will not have the venue name until you get picked up, this is the way it has to be for security purposes, those travelling directly to ours, we will message you.
On arrival, you will have a security check on the door and will have to sign a disclaimer form, there will be an area for ladies only to put bags.
NO mobile phones allowed folks. They will need to be placed into a secure locker/chest and kept safe.
We do have the right to refuse entry and also kick you out if you misbehave.
Now the cost, @Admin and myself will cover costs for this event except for the shuttle to the venue, this is being organised by us but we are bringing in someone personal to do this. So if you wish to attend then a £5 fee is required per person. A link will be going up for you.
Everything else, food, entertainment, drinks on arrival and gin bar etc will be down to us. If you wish to make a donation on the night then feel free to do so.
We need confirmed, definite names for this, the £5 will confirm your place and numbers will be limited, anyone inactive will have their name removed from the list.

Ok so if you are attending we will need to know where you are staying, you will be picked up around 6.30, depending on traffic you will then arrive around 6.50.
