Omg we still have an old fashioned record shop ,you pay 50p to sit in a booth with headphones to listen to the single of your choiceBack in the day. Miss this. But now love wandering around the newer record shops. Love my vinyl. X

Nostalgia is not always the best. The hours I spent tuning the heads on my tape deck just so I could load Jet Set Willy onto my ZX Spectrum was a lot of time wasted I could have spent having a life ??There was something satisfying about this, but not when it was chewed up.View attachment 83272

As mentioned on my post, I still use cheques but I miss cashing them on Friday in the local shop to go out clubbing at the weekend, there were no checks and you got 7days to pay the money in before they bounced ?
