One Of Your Five A Day

So today I'm thinking a country slice for a healthy morning snack, full of fruit.
Tomato sauce on my bacon butty for lunch.
Afternoon snack, it's either a fruit and nut bar or a bounty.
Tea will consist healthy veg with a desert of trifle.
More than my five a day, I'm feeling so full of vitality

How about those fruit salad sweets, now they must be good for you.
If that's the case, I have loads we could eat, bom boms, strawberry, lemon flavours, strawberry laces, blackcurrant chewits how many more healthy snacks are we missing out on

I have really let myself down this lunch time, Jacket potato, tuna, green salad and broad beans. I really need one of my five a day

Ive not been good today and let myself down
Breakfast - poached egg on brown
Lunch- chicken noodle
Dinner- chicken, sweet potato, mangetout, broccoli
