Ahh good in that case I can have another think and another biccy, I like healthy lifestyle.
Chocolate comes from Cocoa
Cocoa is the seed of a tree
Therefore chocolate is a the same as oranges / bananas / apples

So Choccy biscuits are one of the 5-a-day - but you need about 6 to make a portion

If you make them JAFFA CAKES (@Pearls) them you have the portion of fruit in the squidgy bit
