So ladies, who makes a conscious effort in doing their pelvic floor exercises?

Me? I'm almost fanatical at doing mine, hubby reckons I'm tighter now than before children, I love being able to grip him tightly when he's inside me. Still can't go on a trampoline with the sudden need for a wee though

We had to keep ours for one of the dogs, he loves bouncing his ball on it

He is, gentle giant though such a softy, unlike our gobby German shepherd!

Yep. She’s a nightmare and banned from one of our living rooms

I can only imagine! We used to have an English Mastiff and the snoring / slobber was ridiculous!

Mr A is still sulking that I got her. He wanted a proper dog but now takes our little princess for walkies in her diamonds and pink fur coat
