It’s the first of December, so in the very near future, every tv channel will be running their “The Year In Review” programming.

Some will wait for the final couple of days; some will do it even before mid-month.

So, when should they be allowed to show the programmes? Any time in December? Only from middle of December? After Christmas?

I've never really thought about it tbh, but after chrimbo I suppose. Whenever they're on, you can bet Johnny Vaughan will be in every one :D
