If anything white people are being disadvantaged now for jobs because these companies want diversity so if you're going up against a minority you got less chance of getting the job. Let's be fair 80% of companies will have majority white employees because the country is mainly white people !!!!!

my own opinions on the subject here now the main issue I find is that again it's the extremists on both sides of the argument that are heard and a lot of American black power groups are kind of led by second-gen rich or middle-class kids who lets say don't seem to understand the ideology of actual equality and equal op... I remember a few years back there was an incident and a US uni where the black students were protesting to segregate the uni kind of idiotic to me but again these students were led by teachers who got useless degrees and were really hired to do research to validate the useless degrees...
On jobs, i do think race background and connections matter its why certain jobs are filled with Asians and why other jobs are filled with white people or whatever. it isn't a matter where only one of those three will determine if you get the job but all three can help you get a job easier. its not something to fix aslong as the company isnt say NO not this guy cos we dont like people from france or i dont like chineese guys or insert something here there shouldnt be a thing to fix for that BUT i do think we should support people that dont have the background or connections for certains sectors get thier first step in for example increase internships for people from low income or something OR give insentives for media sector rolls to be given to people with no connections to people in the mediasector banking sector or whatever sector that really thrives on connections.
Now saying all that i do feel fear going to certain places myself for example ive always gone with a mate to a pub i havent been to before if i only see white guys there but this is due to bad experiences when i first started going out drinking and its my way of making sure i dont go to the wrong places..... so i cant say that it doesnt affect people and leave long lasting effects on people i can see the point of people in the US if they constantly ahve to fear what they say to the police, not saying they are all racist but it only takes ONE time to create the fear for the rest of your life and the police in the US are crazy and can and will get away with alot of shit but thats not just to black people but white people so i do think they need reform but since im not gonna live there i dont care.
and i agree everyone can be racist and some comments do need to be looked at in context..
but one last point i dont see how marxism has anything todo with racism >.>
