How interesting, and strange, This is something Mrs A Team does too, though mixed with her favorite perfume, when she's ready to go out, after applying perfume, she always pops her fingers down below, and then rubs them around her neck and cleavage.
And yes, if I'm honest, men are always easily nuzzling in and kissing those areas when she's added her own scent to them. I wonder if it works if applied to men's necks etc for other women, guess that's an add to the to do list for me lol
