Sex Etiquette

Good morning sexy peeps.
We had a very amazing night last night and as we do, our discussions varied from the ‘B’ word to very naughty topics.
The latter made us somehow reach a chat about sex etiquette, within Swinging.
Is sex etiquette important to you from within this lifestyle?
It could be, for example simply not discussing the finer points openly with your friend or even just trying to avoid anything you may feel is awkward or maybe crass - in your view.
Important for you or not what you think about? X

I think it’s important, nay vital.

I just wish everyone agreed on what the etiquette is.

And no, I’m not kidding.

The only etiquette of which I’m aware that everyone follows - or they don’t last long - is ‘no means no’.

Other than that, different clubs and different evenings, different events in the same club, let alone different people, different venues¹ - online and off - all seem to have different etiquettes.

(I knew one person in the scene that politely said ‘no’ but quite liked that people she really wasn’t looking for were interested in her. I knew another who was almost (but not quite) upset that women hit on her when she’s very straight.)

¹(genuinely sorry, Admin, but there’s no other way of saying it)

Yes it is very important, but great point by Fincon, beyond the very basics it varies a lot from one situation to the next. It is certainly good to discuss with a partner what you will be doing together, to a certain level of detail. But I think it's good to leave room for some spontaneity also (as long as it's all consensual).
