Hmm I have heard about this quite a few times, it seems to be rather common in fact. Good luck though, hopefully you can get some ideas and help with it.
Take ibuprofen? x

I’ve had a slight headache whilst being under forced orgasms. It’s probably lack of oxygen at the time but I usually sleep straight after due to the exhaustion and it clears.
I can’t think of anything you can do prior though. X

I seem to remember reading somewhere that during intercourse blood pressure rises, and I believe that a symptom of high blood pressure is head aches and migraines so it be caused by that.

The infamous migraines are strange way of rearing its ugly head, thankfully the blood pressure fine

It might be the sudden rise n fall or the fact of it being forced
