The restaurant that is there now in the link I posted to the Mustang ranch looks upscale. Better than a pub.
I think if i ever could afford to buy it I would keep the restaurant as it is.

Pub over here doesn't quite mean the same as there. If bar suits you better we can go with that although it implies that I don't own it which is a bummer. I can run a busy bar on my own for 16 hours a day without breaking a sweat but a pub needs care and attention. It's a place to socialise between getting your bits taken care of ?

I only just looked at the OP. Sorry Pearly darling. I just went rambling, what a surprise ?

A cameraman with benefits would be my first choice. There is no way anyone would pay for a fifty year old stud muffin so that's about my only choice ?
