Since covid have any of you noticed a shortage of certain products in your area?
We are struggling with basics here like laundry products, squash, cleaning and most important beer ?
There are more and am wondering if you guys have the same issues.

The multiple combinations of the pandemic plus the Suez Canal, have caused a massive global impact. Initially I thought it was a bit OTT, but the longer term impacts are definitely being felt globally.
The fact that such basics are in short supply, speaks volumes.
Guess who’s still making tonnes of wonga though? The shipping companies.

We have only been shopping in Aldi throughout this and have noticed that a lot of the fruit and veg get lower in stock and often bread very short on date but that might just be Aldi being crap.

Nah it’s not Aldi. It’s a global impact that’s affecting us too. This is why we should be more reliant on UK business and not so heavily dependent on imports. ? x

I honestly feel that lack of certain products are isolated. I've not seen or heard of any shortages where I live. During the pandemic the only shortage was hand sanitizer, everything else was in normal supply.

I am aware certain pockets of the population experienced short supply and think it speaks volumes of considerations of certain parts of the country and also the supply chains. This pandemic has exposed massive failings of local government and the selfishness of some people.
