I love the whole Yin and Yang thing more a heightened state of consciousness I prefer.. Whereas HRH (my wife ) does Piyo workouts. (Yoga & Pilates) and it definitely keeps her really fit and feeling healthy. x
that's so cool...Having them both combined...I also do Barre which is a combination for Yoga, Pilates and Ballet...pretty hard-core...have you tried the more Yin stuff?

I occasionally do varieties of Pilates / hot Pilates to help with core strength and flexibility. I've tried yin yoga as well... uncomfortable but rewarding!

I'm giving yoga a bash as part of my New Year resolution although I'm not very good at the whole just 'being'. I'm hoping it will chill me out a bit ❤

I’m a bit hit and miss with it, and still rather new, but I’m thoroughly enjoying Vinyassa yoga!
I like the flow of the sessions and it feels like a proper work out giving me a grounding and awareness of my body (something I have always lacked - I spend far too much time in my head...lol).

P.S My flexibility is also pretty much at 0 and I’m slowly seeing small changes in that - bonus!
