Tea/dinner/supper

OK so firstly it's dinner !! (and brace for impact)
If I'm in a rush and can't be bothered I go for cous cous soaked in plumb or chopped tomatoes with a touch of paprika, lemon juice and black pepper. Added to chicken breast and fresh tzatziki. Quick and reasonably healthy.
Love jacket spud - favourite filling...cheese, beans and tuna. Usually have this following a grueling ride out on the mountain bike or a particularly physical day at work.
I eat fish more often than not - red snapper being my favourite.
