First bit of advice would be not to listen to some seemingly unqualified fly-by-night with a TV programme.

TBH though, there is so much focus on sexual harassment these days (I blame the knobheads that have no respect for a lady) that I'm almost frightened to say anything even remotely complimentary to a girl for fear of prosecution.
Some sort of signal would therefore be welcome, maybe a flag or a badge - whatever fits with your outfit on the day

In a lot of cases it's just a bit of fun.
And I know I'll get my head bitten off by some, but a bit of flirty banter makes the world go round.
Clearly women (or men) shouldn't be objectified as ONLY a sexual object for the gratification of men/women, and the voices we hear mainly are the prudes (more head biting) who take offence to this activity (or because they feel jealous they don't get any attention) but in a lot of cases, as long as you don't go overboard, it's a bit of fun.
We seem to have lost of fun from the world.

I agree with this but I think there is a clear case for understanding your audience and if you're not sure erring on the side of caution x
