I despise that word, along with 'pantyhose' it's knickers and tights, why do those (words changed to avoid insulting anyone) American folk have to mess with fairly decent words and come up with their own?
Wtf is a 'faucet' anyway? spigot is bad enough, but just call it a tap for god's sake ???
