Using The Chat Rooms

I don't know whether it is just me not really doing it correctly, lamo I know, but I seem to be having trouble using that chat rooms. I am on a android phone and I have the app but struggling. Please could somebody advise me on the correct procedure.

Do you see the message on the screen? I see your last one at 01:28 this morning.
Try force restarting the app and then it should be okay. It always seems to be after the initial installation, it lags behind. Once you've killed it and restarted it, it then seems to catch up. I think it's down to caching.
Anyway please try that as that should sort it for you. You won't (or shouldn't) need to do it again.
