If I was the friend i'd be angry.Unless your friend specifically asks,or you know 100% they are into that,then its just not a good thing to do.I'd be thinking it was something you organised for your own pleasure, rather than your friends.Maybe get them a gift voucher instead? X

Do it. You must know your friend well or the thought would not have crossed your mind. Gangbangs seem to be the most guarded fantasy most women have. I'd say dont do it - maybe broach the idea of attending one together at some stage in the future, but I find it is something all genders need to mentally prepare for and be sure they want to do. Being a surprise would cause a lot of issues if she really wasn't ready/prepared/up for it. Could be a friendship breaker, which you defo dont want.
Maybe write in her card you'd treat her to a ticket to a swinging event as an extra gift? ?
