Indeed, difficult to say...
The absolute one thing though? Is always there pushing me - even when I feel I can't do much more. And that is in everything including this site.. If I feel like I'm having a tough day or struggling to keep going if under pressure or workloads are huge, @Pearls is always there pushing me and keeping me going.

It's reciprocated of course, but for me? the number one thing would be that.
