A sore throat is common to new capers. May last for 6 weeks and if longer you may be intolerant to either the PG/VG parts of the ingredients. See I told you that it’s a minefield lol

Haha you got it!
@Pearls is quiet atm eating more than just a boiled sweet. No, I've not spent all evening digging a new patio either
hmmmm this patio is lumpier than it used to be. By the way has anybody seen @Pearls recently?

You can both do it. It's hard but keep sucking on the vapes and don't let the batteries run flat. That's when the panic kicks in.

Trust me we're not falling in that trap; one on the go and one on charge each.

Mine runs out of charge by 9/10pm and then it gets lots 5 minute burst charges. I could do with a spare really.

Yeah that's frustrating! Ours were bought last year and are good quality but we started then stopped. As a result the batteries in the initial ones (they were 2 x pairs) are wobbly.
Just need to go easy on them then stop entirely.

Just go at your own pace and lower the nicotine strength as and when you are ready. I was ready to lower my nicotine strength before the events of this week and then I cracked and had a couple of ciggies, but it doesn't matter. Just got to keep trying

I have given up before, tbh there isn't anything apart from substitution (e-cigs) or willpower. Try accupuncture it helped me by reducing the craving but it didn't stop it totally.
I’ve only seriously tried twice, and the first time I loathed every minute of it. Wasn’t a surprise to anyone that I took the excuse of a family bereavement to start again. This time, I did it almost on a whim, and then once I’d decided, I was almost mechanical in how* I did it... and I found it embarrassingly easy. But I’d never tell anyone else they’ll find it easy...

(*that’s the most boring bit, to be honest)

When I gave up I used Champix medication....that was 10 years ago and I've never had so much as a drag on a cigarette since. I did however spend the first few week's sucking on a pen. Lew has also now given up using the same approach.

Good luck to you both ....if you can do it it's great and well worth it. X

Go you! Yes I remember you mentioning this before. Should check it out. I’m really needing a smoke right now, but am holding it back as best I can. X

Not exactly sure, but Evod 2.. two boxes and two 'pens' in each one like. They cost £100 but now much cheaper. That's how long ago we bought them x

Not surprised it isn't working not only is that kit old but also not the best and you were ripped off with that price even a while ago

The Champix works on your brain and helps reduce the cravings but it also makes them taste truly disgusting as well
...definitely worth a go x
