I don't do religion merely because in one way or another they make people become the worst kind of human being known to man, woman and child and IMHO they are all cults of some kind. What I do believe is quite simple treat everyone how they treat you and only give people your time if they think your worth their time too. Just be kind to people and love one another to the best of your ability and do no harm to anyone unless they do harm to you. I am a mere pagan trying her hardest to keep the planet safe so don't go chopping down any trees or i will be on your back lol and never forget the power of 3 because what you give you get back.

I don't believe in god/Jaweh/the Great Ju Ju/flying teapots/paranormal activity/ghosts/spirits/the Loch Ness Monster/Bermuda Triangle/the Tooth Fairy. Nothing. Part of that is having grown up in Glastonbury and seeing 57 varieties of religious types/gurus and sundry nutbags. Mostly harmless but it is nonsense.

Stand on your own two feet and take responsibility for you own life.

Was listening to a news programme on the radio one morning and they had the Right Reverend Bishop of Somewhere giving a worthy and long-winded exposition of why would should all the the love of Our Lord Jesus Christ into our lives... Prof Richard Dawkins came on after and just said,

"Well, I don't see why we should listen to the Bishop just because he has an imaginary friend!"

I think religion was brought into force many many hundreds of moons ago as a sort of policing program to keep the people in check. My self I think its a load of bollocks but I will not condone anyone for believing as that is there own personal preference.

I used to be religious until I got annoyed with the people at church for various reasons. Now prefer to think I have a faith in a Creator rather than follow the rules and regulations that religions use to try to control people for their own gains, power or profit.
I like the “love your neighbour” bit especially.
